Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been delivered. Food safety is our top priority, and we cannot verify storage conditions after delivery (e.g., temperature exposure, handling, or contamination). For this reason, all sales are final.
What this means

No returns or exchanges after delivery, including due to change of mind or taste preference.

No refunds once products have been delivered, except as outlined under “Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items.”
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right.

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product received
If we confirm the issue, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement shipment; or
-
A partial or full refund to your original payment method.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Perishable Goods Reminder
Our products are perishable. Please refrigerate/freeze or store as instructed upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed receipt, improper storage, or failure to follow handling instructions.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Legal
This policy applies to domestic sales unless otherwise required by local laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where applicable.
